The building isn't fancy but the offices are clean and they have great technology and went WAY beyond what I expected. Thorough Xrays that they showed me on computers and went through each issue. The team is professional and Dr. Bonser knows his stuff. He showed me issues that the last dentist just 2 months ago didn't even mention. I am very happy and feel I am in great hands. They created a plan and Kat went over the charges and options in detail.

Went to the dentist for the first time in 30 years, was a little scared at first but the staff and the doctor made me feel comfortable and safe. I felt like I was a difficult patient but they really did a great job and took care of all my needs. My tooth is no longer hurting my tongue and they went above and beyond to where I am actually excited about my next visit.

In St. Pete, I recently had an outstanding experience at this dental office I highly recommend. From the moment I walked in the front office it was organized and incredibly helpful. The financial person explained everything clearly and made the entire process seamless and stress free. The dental assistants were exceptional, they took the time to explain the procedures and make me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Their professionalism and compassionate approach truly stood out. Most importantly the dentist was phenomenal, he worked quickly without making me feel rushed, his confidence put me at ease. The quality of care was smooth and professional.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Dr. Bonser and his team for doing a great job this morning on my multiple crowns and fillings. I felt so safe and welcome in the office and he gave me very easy instructions on how to recover from all the work today. I’m so glad that I was referred to this office!

The staff, and Dr Bonser are all wonderful in St Petersburg! They completed my bridge in record time. I highly recommend this office. BUT, good luck getting thru the answering service. The worst I've experienced in modern times. The recording that answers repeats itself over and over about putting a smile on your face. It's insulting. It actually wipes the smile off your face! After the repeated message you are again put on hold... . . I got into my car and drove over to their office while on hold. When I arrived at their office and was at their front desk I WAS STILL ON HOLD! So you may want to simply drive over to their office to make the appt. That's quicker than being on hold and snatching your good mood away. But the dentists, his staff and front desk staff are great. And they did such a good job on my teeth. Thanks Dr. Bonser!
